Common heavy metal pollution includes mercury (Hg), (PB), cadmium (CD), manganese (MN), chromium (CR), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), zinc (Zn), etc. because heavy metals can not be replaced in the process of industrial processing, the heavy metal ions in wastewater exceed the standard. Because they are toxic, they cannot be decomposed naturally after exceeding the standard, Therefore, the content of heavy metal ions in wastewater and waste gas is strictly limited by the state. This product can react rapidly with various heavy metal ions (mercury, lead, copper, cadmium, nickel, manganese, zinc, chromium, etc.) in wastewater at room temperature to form chelates insoluble in water and with good chemical stability, so as to achieve the purpose of capturing and removing heavy metals.

In view of the large amount of heavy metals, high content and organic solution in the wastewater, it is mainly used for the wastewater treatment of wet desulfurization in coal-fired power plants.
4、 Product usage
① Firstly, the content of heavy metal ions in wastewater is detected, and then the optimal dosage of reagent is determined through wastewater simulation dosing test.
② Before adding the reagent, the pH value in the wastewater should be adjusted to 7-9 for the best effect.
③ Determine the total dosage of the day according to the amount of wastewater to be treated every day. Before dosing, dilute the measured reagent to a concentration of 1-2% in the special dosing system, and then put it into the wastewater continuously or in batches. During treatment, the wastewater and TMT-18 must be fully stirred evenly for about 5-10 minutes, and add an appropriate amount of flocculant and coagulant aid to stir together.
④ The stirred heavy metal sediment is generally allowed to stand for 10 minutes before being separated from water, and then the heavy metal sediment is filtered by the filter press. The filter cake containing heavy metals is deeply buried as waste without leaching toxicity, and the filtered water can be discharged up to the standard.
5、 Simulated dosing test
① First take 1L (1000ml) of wastewater sample, and then take 1ml of tmt-15 stock solution to dilute it into 1% solution. If 5ml diluent is dropped into the wastewater to make the treated wastewater meet the standard, the dosage of tmt-15 stock solution of the wastewater is 50ppm (50g / ton wastewater); If 8ml and 10ml diluent are dropped into the wastewater, the dosage of corresponding tmt-15 stock solution is 80ppm and 100ppm, and so on.
② The coagulant aid is diluted into 5% solution before use, and the general dosage is 100ppm (100g / ton); Polyacrylamide is generally used as flocculant, which is diluted into 0.05-0.1% solution before use, and the general dosage is 5-10ppm (5-10g) / ton
6、 Packaging and preservation
Packed in plastic drums with a net weight of 25kg, the product should be stored in a cool and dry place away from acids and oxidants. Under the specified storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is one year.
